An Indiana court has ruled in favor of political outsider John Rust in his legal crusade for equal ballot access in the May primary.
Following his landmark victory Rust said, "The courts have verified what we've been saying from the very beginning: Indiana voters deserve a choice in the Republican primary. The establishment tried and failed to rig this election for their hand-picked candidate. Our landmark victory was not just for me but for 80% of Hoosiers who have been disenfranchised by the political class in both Washington and Indianapolis."
